CONDICIONES
Sólo se podrá participar en el viaje y/o en la actividad si los campos del formulario están debidamente cumplimentados y si se envía el justificante de pago a [email protected].
Los datos introducidos a la hora de realizar el registro deben ser válidos, en caso contrario, ESN Salamanca no se responsabiliza de las consecuencias que puedan derivarse de los datos erróneos.
Si ESN Salamanca no puede comprobar en el pago la identidad de la persona que lo realiza, ESN Salamanca se reserva el derecho a no reservar dicha plaza.
ESN Salamanca no se hace responsable de robos o pérdidas de objetos durante los viajes y/o las actividades, inclusive durante la totalidad de lo que dure su estancia.
ESN Salamanca se reserva el derecho de modificar el programa de eventos para un mejor desarrollo de los mismos o por cualquier otra causa justificada, informando a las personas afectadas en cuanto sea posible, pero esto último no implica necesariamente puntualidad o inmediatez en la comunicación de estos hechos.
Cualquier problema ajeno a la gestión de ESN Salamanca deberá ser resuelto por la entidad o empresa. ESN Salamanca no podrá garantizar la devolución del dinero a los participantes.
ESN Salamanca no se hace responsable de los daños que un participante ocasione en cualquiera de las instalaciones utilizadas durante los viajes y/o las actividades.
ESN Salamanca no se hace responsable si alguno de los participantes sufre daños, heridas, o accidentes. Por ello, se recomienda seguir todas y cada una de las indicaciones recibidas por los coordinadores de los viajes y/o de las actividades para evitar este tipo de incidentes.
Todos los participantes de los viajes y/o de las actividades deberán ir provistos de un pasaporte o DNI vigente, dotado de todos los visados y requisitos necesarios, así como cualquier otra documentación exigida por las autoridades sanitarias en cada país. Asimismo, se recomienda disponer de otros documentos de identificación complementarios. Esto último será especialmente útil para evitar problemas ante cualquier control de la policía o cuerpo de seguridad equivalente autorizado.
ESN Salamanca no se hace responsable de los problemas con las autoridades competentes provocados por el consumo de cualquier sustancia estupefaciente (ácidos, opiáceos, etc.) tipificada como ilegal en el Código Penal Español o comportamientos incívicos.
ESN Salamanca tiene el derecho de expulsar del viaje y/o de la actividad a cualquier asistente que no respete a los compañeros, responsables o las instalaciones.
Los participantes del viaje y/o de la actividad tienen que ajustarse a las instrucciones de los coordinadores de ESN Salamanca y de las instalaciones. La desobediencia, indisciplina, desacato, rebeldía, o cualquier comportamiento que altere el desarrollo normal de la actividad, podría causar la expulsión de la misma.
Los participantes tienen la obligación y el derecho de estar informados y respetar las normas, reglas y otras condiciones establecidas por cada uno de los prestadores de los servicios contratados. ESN Salamanca no se hace responsable de cualquier problema entre el usuario del servicio y la entidad prestadora del servicio correspondiente.
La asistencia al viaje y/o a la actividad implica la aceptación total de todos y cada uno de los términos y condiciones redactados en este documento y en la totalidad de sus páginas.

POLÍTICA DE PAGOS
Los pagos de los viajes y/o de las actividades se realizarán únicamente mediante el método de pago estipulado.
Los pagos pondrán ser de dos tipos:
- Pago único, se abona el precio en su totalidad.
- Pago fraccionado, se estipula el número de fraccionamientos dependiendo del evento.
En los pagos fraccionados, el primer pago significa la reserva de la plaza. El segundo pago asegura la plaza, los siguientes pagos, si existen, se harán según estipule ESN Salamanca. Para cada pago fraccionado se estipulará una fecha de vencimiento, una vez pasada esa fecha no se podrá pagar el viaje y/o actividad. Las fechas de vencimiento serán establecidas por ESN Salamanca. Si ha pasado la fecha del segundo pago y no se ha pagado, se perderá la plaza y el dinero. La nueva persona que ocupe esta plaza deberá pagar el viaje y/o la actividad en un único pago.
Si se han vendido todas las plazas y aún hay gente interesada, se creará una lista de espera a partir de la gente que haya rellenado el formulario del viaje y/o de la actividad. En caso de que queden plazas libres, se llamará por orden de inscripción.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
En caso de no poder asistir a un VIAJE CON PERNOCTA, debe comunicarse inmediata y expresamente a [email protected], quien buscará un sustituto mediante la lista de espera. Si no hay nadie en lista de espera es DEBER del participante buscar a alguien que vaya en su lugar, recuperando así TODO su dinero. En caso contrario, no se le devolverá. El cambio de titular se debe comunicar a [email protected] para poder cambiar los datos necesarios. Si el cambio no se hace de la forma correcta, el sustituto no podrá asistir al viaje.
- El dinero se devolverá cuando su sustituto pague por su plaza.
- El participante que quiera cancelar la plaza es el que debe encargarse de que todo lo anterior se cumpla, si no se cumple algo, no se le devolverá el dinero y su sustituto no podrá ir al viaje con pernocta.
Si quedan menos de 7 días para el viaje NO se podrá cancelar la plaza y si quedan menos de 5 NO se podrá buscar a un sustituto. Por lo tanto, NO se devolverá el dinero excepto en casos justificados (causa de fuerza mayor, intervención quirúrgica…).
En caso de no poder asistir a un VIAJE SIN PERNOCTA y/o CUALQUIER OTRA ACTIVIDAD DE PAGO, debe comunicarse inmediata y expresamente a [email protected], quien buscará un sustituto mediante la lista de espera. Si no hay nadie en lista de espera es DEBER del participante buscar a alguien que vaya en su lugar, recuperando así TODO su dinero. En caso contrario, no se le devolverá. El cambio de titular se debe comunicar a [email protected] para poder cambiar los datos necesarios. Si el cambio no se hace de la forma correcta, el sustituto no podrá asistir al viaje.
- El dinero se devolverá cuando su sustituto pague por su plaza.
- El participante que quiera cancelar la plaza es el que debe encargarse de que todo lo anterior se cumpla, si no se cumple algo, no se le devolverá el dinero y su sustituto no podrá ir al viaje sin pernocta y/o cualquier otra actividad de pago.
Si quedan menos de 5 días para el viaje sin pernocta y/o cualquier otra actividad de pago NO se podrá cancelar la plaza y si quedan menos de 3 días NO se podrá buscar a un sustituto. Por lo tanto, NO se devolverá el dinero excepto en casos justificados (causa de fuerza mayor, intervención quirúrgica…).

CONDITIONS
You will only be able to participate in the trip if the fields of the form are duly completed and if the proof of payment is sent to [email protected].
All your personal pieces of information provided in the registration process must be valid. Otherwise, ESN Salamanca will not take any responsibility for the consequences caused by erroneous data.
If ESN Salamanca cannot verify the identity of the person making the payment, ESN Salamanca reserves the right not to reserve the spot.
ESN Salamanca cannot be held responsible for theft or loss of objects during the trips and/or activities, including during the entire duration of your stay.
ESN Salamanca reserves the right to modify the programme of events for a better development of the same or for any other justified cause, informing the affected persons as soon as possible, but the latter does not necessarily imply punctuality or immediacy in the communication of these events.
Any problem outside the management of ESN Salamanca must be solved by the entity or company. ESN Salamanca cannot guarantee a refund to participants.
ESN Salamanca is not responsible for any damage caused by a participant to any of the facilities used during the trips and/or activities.
ESN Salamanca cannot be held responsible if any participant suffers any damage, injury or accident. Therefore, it is recommended to follow each and every one of the indications received by the trip and/or activity coordinators in order to avoid this type of incident.
All participants of the trips and/or activities must be in possession of a valid passport or ID card, with all the necessary visas and requirements, as well as any other documentation required by the health authorities in each country. It is also recommended to have other complementary identification documents. The latter will be especially useful to avoid problems with any police control or equivalent authorised security body.
ESN Salamanca is not responsible for any problems with the competent authorities caused by the consumption of any narcotic substance (acids, opiates, etc.) classified as illegal in the Spanish Penal Code or uncivic behaviour.
ESN Salamanca has the right to expel from the trip and/or activity any participant who does not respect fellow participants, those in charge or the facilities.
Participants of the trip and/or the activity must comply with the instructions of the coordinators of ESN Salamanca and the facilities. Disobedience, indiscipline, disrespect, rebellion, or any behaviour that alters the normal development of the activity could lead to expulsion from the activity.
Participants have the obligation and the right to be informed of and respect the norms, rules and other conditions established by each of the providers of the contracted services. ESN Salamanca does not responsible for any problems between the user of the service and the corresponding service provider.
Attendance of the trip and/or activity implies full acceptance of each and every one of the terms and conditions set out in this document and on all of its pages.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payments for trips and/or activities will only be made by the stipulated method of payment.
There are two types of payments:
- Single payment, the price is paid in full.
- Payment in installments, the number of installments is stipulated depending on the event.
In the installments, the first payment is the reservation of the spot. The second payment secures the spot, the following payments, if any, will be made as stipulated by ESN Salamanca. For each installment payment a due date will be stipulated, once this date has passed the trip and/or activity cannot be paid for. The due dates will be established by ESN Salamanca. If the date of the second payment has passed and the second payment has not been made, the spot and the money will be forfeited. The new person who takes up this spot must pay for the trip and/or activity in a single payment.
If all the spots have been sold and there are still people interested, a waiting list will be created from the people who have filled in the form for the trip and/or the activity. If there are still spots available, a call will be made in order of registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a OVERNIGHT TRIP, you must immediately and expressly inform [email protected], who will look for a substitute through the waiting list. If there is no one on the waiting list it is the participant's DUTY to find someone to go in their spot, thus recovering ALL their money. Otherwise, no refund will be given. The change of holder must be communicated to [email protected] in order to change the necessary data. If the change is not made in the correct way, the substitute will not be able to attend the trip.
- The money will be refunded when your substitute pays for your spot.
- The participant who wants to cancel the spot is the one who must ensure that all of the above is fulfilled, if anything is not fulfilled, the money will not be refunded and his substitute will not be able to go on the trip with overnight stay.
If there are less than 7 days left for the trip, it will NOT be possible to cancel the spot and if there are less than 5 days left for the trip, it will NOT be possible to look for a substitute. Therefore, money will NOT be refunded except in justified cases (force majeure, surgery...).
In the event of not being able to attend a NON-OVERNIGHT TRIP and/or ANY OTHER PAID ACTIVITY, you must immediately and expressly communicate this [email protected], who will look for a substitute through the waiting list. If there is no one on the waiting list it is the participant's DUTY to find someone to go in his/her spot, thus recovering ALL his/her money. Otherwise, no refund will be given. The change of holder must be communicated to [email protected] in order to change the necessary data. If the change is not made in the correct way, the substitute will not be able to attend the trip.
